How is living in Louisville, KY?

I am a single woman aged 55 born, raised and working in the metropolitan area of New York – I can no longer afford to live here Fortune. I am a school (Masters), worked for 100 and now I am working as a training officer in a company luxury travel upscale. If you moved to Louisville just hope a job as an administrative assistant or advisor. What is the cost of living? What is the traffic how? Crime? Unique opportunities for seniors (the church) Weather? (I do not mind cold and snow, believe it or not!) That currently own a condo and would same. What areas are considered safe, comfortable? Like new construction, not existing buildings. Thanks for your feedback!

The cost of living is low. The traffic is terrible during rush hour, the city is beset by crime, including most of the upper town, the weather is tropical moisture the freezer, but the snow falls eevry 5 or 10 years. Condos? Consider Prospect, Brownsboro Road corridor, and Hurstbourne. The economy is bad there, and people are very rude. The police are corrupt, so expect extortion.
