How long should I keep an apartment before selling?
I'm about to buy a $ 296,781 condo. This is a Condominium luxury located in a new area of Newport News, VA called City Center. I thought to sustain for at least 10 years before considering the possibility of a sale. Is there an ideal time to put a condo for sale? Furthermore, it would be better to just rent it? I do not know if many people rented luxury condos.
