"I can mortgage my house with no income?
I am a full time college students unemployed (juggling school and children) without maintenance. I won a dream home that I have the intention of selling. I'll pay your student loans, and buy a smaller house and a better vehicle and continue with the rest of my money for college. Took possession of the home loans in a month per pupil do not get paid much. So until I sold the house, I can be a problem, the mortgage? I do not want any mortgage (which this is a very expensive luxury home), but I would like mortgage on a quarter of its value or less, until they can sell. I would like to make my mortgage payment of the lump sum I receive from them. I have a good credit history but no income.
Not if they have a source of income they have no way to repay the loan (regardless of size). Even if the bank seized the house and lost 4.1 mortgage, income level, no sense to them.
