and decorating ideas for remodeling a techno geek?

I'm obsessed with all tech toys news that I can get my hands on and I am a self-proclaimed geek. I want to integrate my interest and love for technology in the decoration and the "theme" I remodel my house. I just moved and I'm leaving without ideas. Does anyone have any great recommendations? If it helps, I saw in a typical bedroom, I am a woman, and my own room (even if there are colleagues sharing a common room, but they are very lax in how to decorate). My budget is half of the year (I am a student), and can not afford to be able to paint my home, so if you could recommend colors too, would be great. Any website with photos, would also be useful.
